Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the lemons, then roll them on a hard surface to extract more juice.

  2. Cut lemons in half crosswise.

  3. Remove any visible seeds.

  4. Brush the cut sides with oil and optionally sprinkle with fine sea salt.

  5. Place lemons cut-side-down on a hot grill or frying pan; cook for about 3 minutes until charred and heated through.
