Instructions

Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Pour the mixture over steaks placed in a resealable bag or shallow pan.

Refrigerate and marinate for 6 to 12 hours.
