Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture over steaks placed in a resealable bag or shallow pan.

  3. Refrigerate and marinate for 6 to 12 hours.

  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  5. Remove steaks from marinade and discard the liquid.

  6. Grill steaks for 5 to 7 minutes per side.

  7. Remove from heat and serve when cooked to desired doneness.
