Grilled Lemon and Balsamic Sole Fillets

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the fish fillets, placing them in a shallow baking dish.

  2. Combine balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, onion, and parsley; pour this mixture over the fish.

  3. Cover and refrigerate the fish for 20 to 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat the grill and oil its grates well.

  5. Remove fish from the marinade and grill on high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

  6. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with salt and pepper, garnish with lemon slices, and serve immediately.
