Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Prick the steak deeply on both sides and place it in a shallow dish.

  3. Combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil; pour this marinade over the steak.

  4. Cover and refrigerate the steak for 1 to 24 hours, then bring it to room temperature before grilling.

  5. Grill the steak 3 to 4 minutes per side until medium doneness, being careful not to overcook.

  6. Let the grilled steak rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes.

  7. Slice the steak against the grain and serve immediately.
