Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

  2. Marinate pork chops in this mixture within a resealable bag for 4 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  4. Remove marinated pork chops from the bag, discarding the marinade.

  5. Grill chops 10 to 12 minutes per side, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.

  6. Serve immediately.
