Grilled Chicken Panini Sandwich With Pesto
A quick chicken pesto panini, featuring prepared pesto and precooked chicken, makes for a delicious and fast lunch or light dinner.

Preheat a grill or panini maker.

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Spread 1/2 tablespoon pesto onto the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
