Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush chicken with olive oil and season with rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Lightly oil grill grates, then cook chicken 7 minutes per side until done; cool and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

Drizzle Italian dressing on four bread slices and chicken. Assemble sandwiches with tomato, cheese, and sliced chicken; top with remaining bread and brush with olive oil.
