Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Lightly oil grill grates, then cook chicken 7 minutes per side until done; cool and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

  4. Drizzle Italian dressing on four bread slices and chicken. Assemble sandwiches with tomato, cheese, and sliced chicken; top with remaining bread and brush with olive oil.

  5. Place sandwiches on the grill over medium heat. Press with a weight and cook for 4 minutes per side until cheese melts.

  6. Serve immediately.
