Grilled Chicken and Avocado Flatbread Sandwich

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. Mash avocado and spread it onto the flatbread, then top with chicken slices, tomato, and shredded cheese.

  3. For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, and red chili sauce.

  4. Mash garlic, onion, and sea salt into a paste; add this paste, dry mustard, chives, parsley, dill, and black pepper to the dressing, then whisk well.

  5. Grill the folded sandwich in a panini press after drizzling with 1-2 tablespoons of dressing.

  6. Alternatively, heat the open sandwich in a grill pan over medium-high heat, then melt the cheese under the preheated broiler. Drizzle with dressing, fold, and serve warm.
