Grilled Carrots
Sweet and smoky grilled carrots are a simple, four-ingredient side dish.

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400-425 F).

Trim, wash, peel, and dry 12 medium carrots; cut thicker carrots in half lengthwise.

Place carrots in a baking dish and coat with 3 tablespoons olive oil.

Season the carrots with salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, and 1/2 teaspoon thyme.

Grill the carrots covered for 7-8 minutes per side until seared with grill marks and tender-crisp.
