Grilled Caesar Salad Recipe

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Whisk minced garlic, olive oil, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese to make the dressing; season with salt and pepper.

Brush romaine hearts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season; grill cut-side down for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly marked.

Brush bread slices with the remaining olive oil. Grill whole for 5 minutes then cut into cubes, or cut first and bake at 400F for 10 minutes.

Arrange grilled romaine and croutons on plates, then serve with the prepared dressing.
