Instructions

  1. Preheat grill for indirect cooking.

  2. Combine marinade ingredients, then marinate chicken wings in a sealed bag for 2 to 6 hours.

  3. Whisk together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and Worcestershire for the sauce; thin with milk to pancake batter consistency, season, and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours.

  4. Remove wings from marinade, reserving some liquid for basting.

  5. Grill wings over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165-175F, basting with the reserved marinade only during the first 15 minutes; discard any remaining marinade.

  6. Serve grilled wings with the chilled blue cheese sauce.
