Grilled Brown Sugar Bananas

Instructions

  1. Prepare a medium-low (300°F-325°F) gas or charcoal grill.

  2. Cut unpeeled bananas in half lengthwise.

  3. Brush banana halves with lemon juice.

  4. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar; coat the cut side of each banana with this mixture.

  5. Oil the grill grates. Place bananas peel-side up and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

  6. Serve the grilled bananas.
