Instructions

  1. Preheat an indoor contact grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Whisk 3 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Add broccoli, toss to coat, and marinate at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Just before grilling, drizzle and toss the broccoli with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

  5. Grill the broccoli, turning to caramelize all sides, until tender, about 10 to 20 minutes.

  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, season with salt, and toss with most of the Parmesan; sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve immediately.
