Grilled Boneless Turkey Breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. Cut butter into 8 one-inch slivers. Create 8 half-inch slits in the turkey breast, insert butter slivers, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill at high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium and continue grilling for approximately 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F (74 C).

  4. Remove the turkey and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.

  5. To collect drippings for gravy, place a drip pan under the rack and remove it after 30 minutes to prevent burning.

  6. Serve.
