Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Prepare a medium-low grill fire (300-325F).

  2. Combine ketchup, sugar, onion and mustard powders, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in a small bowl for the sauce.

  3. Brush the tenderloins evenly with the prepared sauce.

  4. Wrap the pork completely with bacon, securing ends with toothpicks or skewers.

  5. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145F and bacon is cooked.

  6. Rest the meat for 5 minutes, then remove toothpicks or skewers.

  7. Carve into 1 1/4-inch slices and serve.
