Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

Prepare a medium-low grill fire (300-325F).

Combine ketchup, sugar, onion and mustard powders, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder in a small bowl for the sauce.

Brush the tenderloins evenly with the prepared sauce.

Wrap the pork completely with bacon, securing ends with toothpicks or skewers.

Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145F and bacon is cooked.

Rest the meat for 5 minutes, then remove toothpicks or skewers.

Carve into 1 1/4-inch slices and serve.
