Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse and pat dry the char fillets; place them in a baking dish.

Combine mustard, honey, oil, garlic, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Coat fillets with the mixture, then cover and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Oil the preheated grill grates.

Grill fish, skin side down, for 5 minutes; discard excess marinade. Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
