Grilled Apple and Brie Flatbread

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Grill apples on a lightly oiled grate for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove, cool for 5 minutes, and slice.

  3. Drizzle flatbread with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, then top with sliced grilled apples and brie.

  4. Place flatbread on the grill; cook for 5 minutes or until the brie melts and the bread toasts.

  5. Remove from heat, drizzle with honey, and add chopped walnuts.

  6. Slice into quarters and serve.
