Grilled Apple and Brie Flatbread

Preheat grill to high heat.

Grill apples on a lightly oiled grate for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove, cool for 5 minutes, and slice.

Drizzle flatbread with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, then top with sliced grilled apples and brie.

Place flatbread on the grill; cook for 5 minutes or until the brie melts and the bread toasts.
