Green Popcorn
A festive green popcorn snack is ideal for St. Patrick's Day celebrations or any fun occasion.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in sugar and corn syrup.

Bring the mixture to a boil until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat.

Stir in salt and baking soda; once bubbling subsides, add green food coloring.

Add 4-5 drops of food coloring, stirring until desired green shade is achieved.

Place popcorn in a large bowl, pour green caramel syrup over it, and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the coated popcorn in an even layer across two Silpat-lined jelly roll pans.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
