Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, cooled melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then whisk in green food coloring until fully incorporated.

  4. Heat a griddle on high, place shamrock cookie cutters, then grease both the griddle and cutters; reduce heat to low.

  5. Pour batter into the cookie cutters, filling each leaf and the stem, being careful not to overfill.

  6. Cook for about 2 minutes until set, gently remove the cookie cutter, then flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

  7. Serve with whipped cream, frosting, or marshmallows.
