Green Goddess Salad Recipe
A crunchy vegan Caesar-style green salad, inspired by a TikTok trend, can also be enjoyed as a vibrant cabbage dip with chips.

Blend tahini, lemon juice, warm water, red wine vinegar, oil, mustard, agave, spinach, basil, chives, garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper until very smooth; add extra warm water if needed for consistency.

Dice cabbage (removing tough stem), celery, cucumber, and pepper. Thinly slice green onions.

Combine diced cabbage, celery, cucumber, pepper, and sliced green onions in a large bowl.

Pour prepared dressing over the vegetables, add sunflower seeds, and toss to coat. Season to taste and garnish with additional sunflower seeds and nutritional yeast if desired.
