Greek-Style Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (400-475 F).

  2. Whisk together oil, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

  3. Place chops in a nonreactive container, pour marinade over them, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.

  4. Remove chops from the marinade, discard the marinade, and grill until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached, turning halfway through cooking for about 11 minutes total.

  5. Allow chops to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving, optionally sprinkling with salt and lemon juice.
