Greek Style Chocolate Crepes Recipe
A simple recipe for heavy crepes with a chocolate filling, a popular treat in Greece despite not being traditional.

Instructions

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, flour, and softened butter in a blender or whisk until fully blended.

Pour the batter into a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a 10-inch nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Add one ladleful of batter, shaking to spread it evenly.

Cook until the top sets and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side until lightly browned, then transfer to a plate.

Spread 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream at one end of the crepe and roll it up.

Repeat to prepare 3 large chocolate crepes.

Serve hot.
