Greek Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Wrap

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Marinate boneless chicken tenderloins with Greek seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.

Combine Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, red onion, mint, dill, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and salt in a bowl; thin with water if needed.

Grill marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown; set aside.

Arrange warmed pita on tinfoil and top with lettuce, tzatziki, chicken, tomato, red onion, and dill.

Fold the pita into a taco shape, wrap tightly with tinfoil, and serve.
