Grandma's Old-Fashioned Meatloaf
A classic meatloaf, prepared with ground beef, oats, and either chili sauce or ketchup, makes a simple and satisfying family dinner.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Sauté chopped celery and onion in heated oil for 7-9 minutes until tender.

Combine ground beef (or beef and pork), oats, chili sauce/ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, egg, cooked celery/onion, and water/milk in a large bowl.

Press mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan or form into a free-form loaf on a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake for 1 hour.

Transfer meatloaf to a serving plate and slice.
