Instructions

Heat ghee over medium flame.

Add besan and brown for about 20 minutes until deep golden and fragrant.

Stir cardamom into the besan mixture.

Remove from heat, then thoroughly mix in powdered sugar.

Let the mixture cool completely.

Form cooled mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and place on a lightly greased tray to set.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
