Graham Cracker Sandwiches
An easy-to-make dessert, graham cracker sandwiches feature store-bought crackers filled with rich homemade buttercream, optionally with peanut butter.

Instructions

Beat butter and 1 cup confectioners' sugar in a bowl until fluffy; gradually mix in remaining sugar and cream, then vanilla and salt.

Mix peanut butter into all or half of the frosting if desired.

Apply a generous amount of frosting to a graham cracker, cover with another, and gently press.

Serve immediately, or cover and allow to sit for several hours for softer crackers.
