Instructions

  1. Blend pudding mix and milk, whisk until smooth, then refrigerate.

  2. Beat 1.5 cups cream with confectioners' sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

  3. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.

  4. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in a 9x13-inch pan, filling gaps as needed.

  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.

  6. Layer with more crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture, and finally a top layer of graham crackers.

  7. Cover the pan and chill for 30 minutes.

  8. Whip the remaining 0.5 cup cream and stir into the chocolate frosting.

  9. Spread the frosting mixture evenly over the cake.
