Gordon Ramsay's Yorkshire Pudding
Gordon Ramsay's simple method creates perfect traditional British Yorkshire puddings, an ideal accompaniment for roast beef.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and flour in a blender; pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Refrigerate the batter for a minimum of 30 minutes, or overnight for optimal results.

Brush 1 teaspoon of beef drippings or vegetable oil into each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin, then heat in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until smoking.

Carefully remove the hot tin and quickly pour batter into each muffin cup, filling them 3/4 full.

Return the tin to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the puddings are risen and browned.

Remove and serve the puddings immediately.
