Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. Combine goat cheese, olive oil, milk/cream, oregano, salt, and pepper; spread this mixture on the pizza crust.

  4. Trim and dice the asparagus. Distribute diced asparagus, fresh peas, and shredded fontina cheese over the goat cheese layer.

  5. Reduce oven temperature to 475 F. Bake for approximately 12 minutes until the crust is golden and fontina is melted.

  6. Top with Parmesan, pea shoots or microgreens, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
