Gluten-Free Spinach Quiche

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).

  2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.

  3. Layer half the cheese, then half the spinach, into a prebaked crust and pour 3/4 of the egg mixture over it.

  4. Add the remaining cheese and spinach, then top with the rest of the egg mixture.

  5. Place the quiche pan on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until set and golden.

  6. Serve warm.
