Gluten-Free Spinach Quiche
A gluten-free spinach quiche features a buttery, tender shortcrust filled with a creamy egg, cheese, and spinach mixture.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).

Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.

Layer half the cheese, then half the spinach, into a prebaked crust and pour 3/4 of the egg mixture over it.

Add the remaining cheese and spinach, then top with the rest of the egg mixture.

Place the quiche pan on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until set and golden.

Serve warm.
