Gluten-Free Macho Nachos
Loaded gluten-free macho nachos combine seasoned beef, cheese, and an assortment of fresh vegetables and jalapeños for a satisfying snack.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Brown ground beef, drain fat, and stir in gluten-free taco seasoning.

In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the gluten-free corn chips.

Top with 1/3 of the seasoned hamburger, followed by 1/3 of the chopped yellow onions, bell pepper, jalapeños, black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded cheese.

Repeat steps 3-5 two more times to complete the layers.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
