Gluten-Free Macho Nachos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Brown ground beef, drain fat, and stir in gluten-free taco seasoning.

  3. In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of the gluten-free corn chips.

  4. Top with 1/3 of the seasoned hamburger, followed by 1/3 of the chopped yellow onions, bell pepper, jalapeños, black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.

  5. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded cheese.

  6. Repeat steps 3-5 two more times to complete the layers.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
