Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Oil a 9 x 13 x 1-inch baking sheet or 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon oil.

  2. Combine water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl until dissolved.

  3. Mix in flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil, baking powder, and salt until combined.

  4. Cover and let dough rise for 30 minutes.

  5. Transfer dough to the oiled pan and stretch to fit with oiled fingers.

  6. Poke dimples into the dough and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
