Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pulse nuts, seeds, and dried fruit in a food processor until coarsely ground.

  3. In a large saucepan, melt nut butter and liquid sweetener over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth, bubbling, and cooked for one minute.

  4. Remove from heat, then stir in salt, vanilla, and the ground nut-fruit mixture with cereal until thoroughly coated.

  5. Scrape the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.

  6. Place waxed paper over the mixture and use a rolling pin to smooth the surface.

  7. Refrigerate for two hours, then cut into desired bar sizes.

  8. Store wrapped bars in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
