Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two 8-inch cake pans by lining with parchment and greasing.

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a mixer bowl, then whisk.

Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl.

Stir in boiling water for 1 minute until combined.

Fold in the vinegar.

Divide batter between the prepared pans.
