Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Beat butter and sugar in a mixer until incorporated, then add eggs one at a time, followed by molasses and vanilla, beating after each addition.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
