German Vacation Cocktail

A German-inspired vacation cocktail combines an herbal liqueur, gold rum, and fruit and spice syrups, served over crushed ice in a snow cone style.

Instructions

  1. Combine gold rum, herbal liqueur, ginger syrup, orgeat syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with crushed ice.

  2. Shake thoroughly.

  3. Strain the mixture into a swizzle glass filled with fresh pebble ice.

  4. Top with additional ice to form a snow cone shape and add Peychaud's Bitters.
