German Pasta Salad Recipe
A traditional German pasta salad, or Nudelsalat, features noodles combined with bologna, cheese, peas, and a tangy dressing.

Instructions

Cook noodles in broth or water until al dente; drain and cool to lukewarm.

In a large bowl, combine cooled noodles, bologna, cheese, and peas.

Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly; alternatively, use German Remoulade Sauce if available.

Pour dressing over the noodle mixture, stir until coated, then gently fold in chopped eggs.

Serve immediately or chill before serving.

If the salad appears dry after chilling, incorporate a small amount of extra mayonnaise mixed with vinegar.
