Instructions

  1. Process or mix ground almonds, confectioners' sugar, rose water, and bitter almond aroma until blended and sticky.

  2. If necessary, add more liquid incrementally until the dough clumps, then remove.

  3. Form small 1-tablespoon marzipan balls, either potato-shaped or round.

  4. Whisk cocoa powder and cinnamon. Roll the balls in the mixture, place on parchment paper to dry, then store in a covered container.
