Instructions

  1. Peel, rinse, and pat dry shrimp; chop basil and slice garlic.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat; sauté sliced garlic.

  3. Add tomatoes; sauté for 2-3 minutes. Remove garlic and tomatoes, leaving oil.

  4. Increase heat to medium-high; sauté shrimp in the same oil until pink.

  5. Return garlic and tomatoes to the pan; stir in basil and cook 1 minute.

  6. Serve with bread.
