Instructions

  1. Peel garlic cloves. Rinse habanero pepper; use whole or halve and remove seeds and white flesh.

  2. Place peeled garlic and habanero into a clean quart jar.

  3. Fill the jar with vodka, secure the lid, and shake well.

  4. Store in a cool, dark place for 3 to 5 hours, tasting every 30 minutes after the initial 3 hours until desired flavor is achieved.

  5. Strain the infused vodka into a separate container for storage and use in drinks.
