Garlic Chicken and Shrimp
An easy chicken and shrimp dish offers flavors reminiscent of a classic garlic butter shrimp preparation, ideal for serving over pasta or rice.

Pound chicken to an even thickness and cut into 1-inch strips, or omit if using tenders.

Devein shrimp, then rinse and pat them dry.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.

Add garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and seasoning once butter stops foaming.

Reduce heat to medium-low, add chicken, and stir for approximately 5 minutes until opaque and almost cooked.

Add shrimp and continue cooking, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes until opaque and pink.

Spoon the chicken and shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta or rice; garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
