Garlic Chicken and Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to an even thickness and cut into 1-inch strips, or omit if using tenders.

  2. Devein shrimp, then rinse and pat them dry.

  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.

  4. Add garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and seasoning once butter stops foaming.

  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, add chicken, and stir for approximately 5 minutes until opaque and almost cooked.

  6. Add shrimp and continue cooking, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes until opaque and pink.

  7. Spoon the chicken and shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta or rice; garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
