Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Instructions

  1. Cut sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.

  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add and sear the seasoned steak cubes for 6 to 8 minutes until browned on all sides.

  5. Turn off the heat, add garlic, and stir until fragrant.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
