Garlic Butter for Steak

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter with 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp chopped parsley; mix thoroughly.

  2. Scrape the butter mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into an even log.

  3. Seal the log tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.

  4. To serve, unwrap the hardened butter, slice into 1/4-inch rounds, and place on hot steaks.
