Garlic Burger Patties

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and chili powder.

  3. Form the mixture into 6 patties.

  4. Season patties with salt just before grilling and oil the grates well.

  5. Grill patties for 5 minutes per side, or until 160 F internal temperature; during the last 1-2 minutes, add cheese slices and cook until melted.

  6. Remove from heat and serve on a toasted bun or lettuce wrap with condiments.
