Garlic Burger Patties

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and chili powder.

Form the mixture into 6 patties.

Season patties with salt just before grilling and oil the grates well.

Grill patties for 5 minutes per side, or until 160 F internal temperature; during the last 1-2 minutes, add cheese slices and cook until melted.

Remove from heat and serve on a toasted bun or lettuce wrap with condiments.
