Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.

  2. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of the garlic butter on both sides of two bread slices.

  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown each buttered bread slice individually for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden, then remove from heat and set aside.

  5. Reduce the skillet heat to low. Place one browned bread slice in the pan and layer with 1/4 of the cheese, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.

  6. Top with the second browned bread slice. Cook, flipping once and gently pressing, until the cheese melts, about 4 to 6 minutes.

  7. Repeat the process for additional sandwiches using any remaining ingredients.
