Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, then lower heat and sauté for 1 minute until garlic lightly browns.

  3. Increase heat to high, add shrimp, lemon juice, brandy, and paprika (if using). Stir and sauté until shrimp are pink and curled, 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve shrimp and sauce on a warm plate or directly from the pan, garnished with parsley and fresh bread.
