Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion, garlic, red pepper, and cilantro until vegetables soften and become fragrant.

Stir in cumin and salsa lizano (or Worcestershire) and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add beans with their liquid, cooking for 1 minute.

Incorporate rice, stirring until thoroughly mixed with no clumps.

Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
