Funyuns Gibson

A unique salty and savory Funyuns Gibson cocktail is crafted using Funyuns-infused gin, dry vermouth, and pickled onions.

Instructions

  1. Loosely fill a pint jar with Funyuns, breaking larger pieces, then top with gin.

  2. Let the gin infuse in a cool, dry place for at least 8 hours, stirring periodically.

  3. Strain the infused gin through a fine mesh strainer, then pour it through a dampened coffee filter set in a strainer to remove all fine solids.

  4. In a chilled mixing glass with ice, combine the infused gin and dry vermouth.

  5. Stir the mixture 50 to 75 times.

  6. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with cocktail onions.
