Instructions

  1. Start simmering water in a large pot, then add spinach and cook until its volume reduces by half.

  2. Stir in spring onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a crumbled chicken stock cube.

  3. Add deboned and skinned smoked fish, then simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Incorporate 3 to 4 tablespoons of red palm oil.

  5. Add ground peanuts or peanut butter, allow it to melt, then stir and simmer for another 10 minutes before serving.
