Instructions

Melt butter using a microwave or stovetop.

Sift flour, sugar, and salt into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs until thick, then mix in milk and the melted butter.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and beat until the batter is smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt a small amount of butter, then ladle batter into the pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

Transfer cooked frixuelos to a warm plate, add your desired filling, roll them up, and garnish with orange slices.
